MAKE A PURCHASE
You don't need to register to make a purchase on the site. While browsing the website, you can add products to your cart, make payment, and receive shipping details so you can track your order.
PAYMENT METHODS
Mercado Pago is the platform that processes payments on the site. The accepted payment methods are those offered by the platform: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash through Easy Payment/Rapipago, and Mercado Pago Account Balance.
If you purchased with a credit card, you'll see the amount on your card statement. If you purchased through Mercado Pago, you'll see the debit at the time of purchase.
SHIPPING AND RECEIVING THE PRODUCT
Shipments are made nationwide via Correo Argentino to your home or branch. If you're in Mar del Plata, shipments are made by private motorcycle.
Delivery times depend on the shipping method you selected:
Argentine Post Office Home Delivery: 5 business days from the date the product is shipped.
Argentine Post Office Branch: Products must be picked up from the branch you selected within 7 calendar days of the day your purchase arrived. If the product is not picked up within this timeframe, the Post Office will return the package to Convimar.
The costs of resending the purchase will be borne by the applicant.
Private Motorcycle: This option is only available for MDQ customers. Once the order is placed, deliveries are made within two business days.
Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours of receiving payment.
You will be notified of each stage of your order shipment by email.
If you're in MDQ and haven't received your order within two business days, please use your order number to contact Convimar via WhatsApp at 280 481-9671.
If you selected shipping via Correo Argentino, you can track your order on their respective website using the shipping code we sent you by email.
Return policy
RETURNS
Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects.
CHANGES
Changes are not managed for:
Used products
Washed products
Out of date
Once you receive your purchase, you can exchange the product within 15 calendar days of receiving it.
Remember to have your order number so we can process the exchange.
Changes are subject to stock availability, and you can change the design if you can't find what you're looking for.
